See the DOL Screening of The Harvest!
On September 16, US Labor Secretary Solis hosted a screening of THE HARVEST and a panel discussion by Dolores Huerta, Co-Founder of the United Farmworkers, Robin Romano, Director of THE HARVEST, David Strauss, Executive Director of the American Farmworkers Opportunities Program, Sylvia Aldana, former child migrant worker, and Mark Lara, a DOL Wage and Hour investigator.
US Congresswoman also spoke, announcing that she had reintroduced The CARE Act, designed to raise the minimum wage of child farm workers from 12-16.
